An Overview on Competency including the definition applied by courts to determine validity of documents, a view from the bench, and a review of new legislation allowing investment advisors to delay transactions when they have reason to believe the owner/beneficiary is being financially exploited. (Neb. Rev. Stat. Sections 8-2901 to 8-2903).
This program offers one hour of ethics credit for legal, accounting and insurance, and one hour of general credit for CFP (pending approvals).
