This session will explore how corporate trustees reach decisions for discretionary distributions of principal and income to beneficiaries. Special emphasis will be placed on those situations involving specific issues such as, (1) spend thrifts who have judgments against them, (2) substance abuse problems, and (3) mental health issues. This program offers one-hour of credit for NE life insurance, CLE, CPE, CFP®, PACE and CAP (pending approvals).
