Medicaid Planning in Shadow of LB268

Effective August 24, 2017, Legislative Bill 268 creates liens against real estate gifted to family members for nursing home costs paid by Medicaid. This program will help attendees understand LB268 and what action is needed to assist and protect their clients moving forward.
