The Stephen Beck, Jr., Achieving a Better Life Experience Act (ABLE) Act was signed into law in December  2014, authorizing state-sponsored, tax-exempt savings programs to be used for Qualified Disability Expenses without impacting eligibility for resource-dependent public benefits.  This program, presented by Joanna Swanson and Amelis Long, representatives of First National Bank of Omaha, will review the ABLE Act in detail and the Enable Savings Plan.
